1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To place an order or manage a subscription, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@goodformfiber.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Products and Health Disclaimers

Good Form sells dietary supplements. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements made on the Site, in marketing, or in customer communications have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. You use our products at your own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether they are appropriate for you.

Individual results vary. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experience and are not guarantees of results.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Orders. All orders are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

  • Pricing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you and may cancel the order.

  • Payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.

5. Subscription Terms (IMPORTANT)

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following. Please read this section carefully.

A. Auto-Renewal Authorization

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Good Form to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

B. Billing Frequency and Amount

  • Billing frequency: every [30 / 60 / 90] days, based on the cadence you select.

  • Amount charged: the then-current subscription price, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

  • Price changes: we will notify you in advance of any price change. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

C. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation methods:

  • Log in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription";

  • Email support@goodformfiber.com with your order number;

Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. We do not provide refunds for shipments already processed at the time of cancellation, except as described in Section 6.

D. Pre-Renewal Notice

For subscriptions billed annually or with a free or discounted trial, we will send a reminder email before each renewal as required by applicable law (including the California Automatic Renewal Law).

E. Modifications

You may pause, skip, or change the frequency of your subscription through your account dashboard at any time before your next billing date.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Shipping. Orders typically ship within [X] business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, social posts tagging us, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Good Form a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content in any media for marketing and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Site or its content;

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services;

  • Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools without permission;

  • Resell or redistribute our products without authorization;

  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;

  • Submit false reviews or manipulate ratings;

  • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy right.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and software, are owned by or licensed to Good Form and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. "Good Form Fiber" and our logos are trademarks of Good Form. You may not use them without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD FORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

NOTHING IN OUR MARKETING OR ON THE SITE IS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD FORM AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

A. Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@goodformfiber.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

B. Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Good Form agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. C. Class Action Waiver

Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

E. Opt-Out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@goodformfiber.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name and account email.

F. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of laws principles. To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Insert County, State].

15. Termination
